Hi, I’m Neil….

I can teach you how to calm your mind, relax your body, and soothe physical pain and anxiety. You can learn how to find mental clarity from brain fog, reduce systemic inflammation and lift your mood.

Working together on a one-to-one basis, I will teach you how to heal your mind and body from the symptoms of chronic stress and illness. By choosing the most relevant approaches, we can create a path which is tailored to meet your individual needs.

With over 15 years experience of both teaching and practicing these approaches on a day to day basis, I can offer you a way forward that is pragmatic, science-backed and that gets results.
